At ReFab Rug Studio, we take pride in crafting high-quality, customized rugs designed to elevate your space. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our work and are committed to customer satisfaction.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your rug to initiate a claim. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include:

  • A full refund

  • An exchange for a replacement product

  • Repair services to restore the item

How to File a Claim

To begin the claim process, please email us at info@refabrugstudio.com or call 561.355.5334 within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the defect or damage

  • Photos of the issue

Claims received after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair.

Custom Orders

All rugs and stair runners are crafted to order, making each piece unique. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, or change of preference. We strongly encourage customers to review all details before finalizing their purchase.
